including gear rack structure and fork structure, namely BGT series
and BAW series. They are actuating device that turn on/off
Quarter-turn valves like ball valves, butterfly valves. Among which
BAW series can drive high torque valve.
According to users’requirements, devices like solenoid valve,
positioners, reply device, filter regulator, limit switches and
manually operated devices can be mounted on the pneumatic
actuators.

2, Pinion
Thepinion is high-precision and integrative, made form
nickelled-alloy steel, full conform to the latest standards of
ISO5211, DIN3337, NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and the
stainless steel is available.

According to the different requirements, the extruded aluminum
alloy ASTM6005
Body can be treated with hard anodized, powder polyester painted (

The twin rack pistons are made form Die-casting aluminum treated
with Hard anodized or madeform Cast steel with galvanization.

reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.
6, Travel adjustment
The tow independent external travelstop adjustment bolts can
adjust± 5° At both open and close directions easily and precisely.

Preloaded coating springs are made formth High-performance trial
for resistant to corrosion and longer service life, which can be
denounced safely and conveniently to satisfy different requirements
of torque by changing the quantity of springs.
8, Bearings & Guides
Made from low friction, long-life compound material, to avoid the
direct contact between metals. The maintenance and replacement are
easy and convenient.
9, O-rings
NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard

Spring return actuators
1. Pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress, The pinion
turns counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from port B.
2. Loss of air pressure on port A, the stored energy in the springs
forces the pistons inwards. The pinion turns clockwise while air is
being exhausted from port A.
3. Air to port B forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs
to compress, The pinion turns counterclockwise while air is being
exhausted from port B.

Introduction:
VS series pneumatic actuators (rack& pinion) have the following
features.
> 15 actuator models, the output torque from 9NM to 4620Nm at 6
bar air supply.
> Bottom drilling complies with ISO5211/DIN3337 to match valve,
interface for the solenoid valve, shaft top end and top drilling
for assembling accessories are in accordance with VDI/VDE3845
(Namur) standard and +/- 5-degree stroke adjustment.
> The actuator body & piston are over 20um hard anodized
treatment and over 100um epoxy coated on end caps which meet ASTM
B117 qualification, over 500 hours salt spread test, no corrosion
on actuator.
> The end cap can be blue, black, grey, yellow etc. As your
request.
> PTFE, Nickel, Epoxy, Polyester and Ceramic coated against
corrosive & abrasive environment are available.
