1, Indicator
Position indicator with NAMUR is convenient for mounting
accessories such as Limit Switch box, positioner and so on.
2, Pinion
Thepinion is high-precision and integrative, made form
nickelled-alloy steel, fully conform to the latest standards of
ISO5211, DIN3337, NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and the
stainless steel is available.
3, Actuator Body
According to the different requirements, the extruded aluminum
alloy ASTM6005
The body can be treated with hard anodized, powder polyester
painted ( different
Colors are available such as blue, orange, yellow etc. ), PTFE or
Nickel plated.
4, Endcaps
Die-casting aluminum powder polyester painted in different colors,
PTFE or Nickel plated.
5, Pistons
The twin rack pistons are made form Die-casting aluminum treated
with Hard anodized or made form Cast steel with galvanization.
Symmetric mounting position, long cycle life, and fast operation,
reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.
6, Travel adjustment
The tow independent externaltravelstop adjustment bolts can adjust±
5° At both open and close directions easily and precisely.
7, High-performance springs
Preloaded coating springs are made form the High-performance trial
for resistant to corrosion and longer service life, which can be
denounced safely and conveniently to satisfy different requirements
of torque by changing thequantity of springs.
8, Bearings & Guides
Made from low friction, long-life compound material, to avoid the
direct contact between metals. The maintenance and replacement are
easy and convenient.
9, O-rings
NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard
temperature ranges. For high andlow temperature applications Viton
or Silicone.

Spring return actuators
1. Pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress, The pinion
turns counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from port B.
2. Loss of air pressure on port A, the stored energy in the springs
forces the pistons inwards. The pinion turns clockwise while air is
being exhausted from port A.
3. Air to port B forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs
to compress, The pinion turns counterclockwise while air is being
exhausted from port B.
4. Loss of air pressure on port A, the stored energy in the springs
forces the pistons inwards. The pinion turns clockwise while air is
being exhausted from port A.

Introduction:
VS series pneumatic actuators (rack& pinion) have the following
features.
> 15 actuator models, the output torque from 9NM to 4620Nm at 6
bar air supply.
> Bottom drilling complies with ISO5211/DIN3337 to match valve,
interface forsolenoid valve, shaft top end and top drilling for
assembling accessories are in accordance with VDI/VDE3845 (Namur)
standard and +/- 5 degree stroke adjustment.
> The actuator body & piston are over 20um hard anodized
treatment and over 100um epoxy coated on end caps which meet ASTM
B117 qualification, over 500 hours salt spread test, no
corrosiononactuator.
> The end cap can be blue, black, grey, yellow etc. As your
request.
> PTFE, Nickel, Epoxy, Polyester and Ceramic coated against
corrosive & abrasive environment are available.
